RV lots 35 and 36 will be sold by live auction via zoom video at 7 pm by an auctioneer. The auction should be completed by 7:10 pm.
We have been asked by the winning bidder at the August 13, 2022 auction, to pre-sale 2 lots, which are located side by side overlooking hole 3 at MaraHills. The bidder's circumstances have changed. He has requested that 1 lot be sold and that the winning bidder have the option to buy the other for the same price. If the winning bidder wants 1 lot only, the other will be sold separately immediately thereafter.

Construction Update
The photos below were taken March 5, 2023. There has been a lot of work done on the RV lots, but it’s all under the snow. Lots of equipment is will be moved back on site within a few weeks for spring construction to begin.
